We are pleased to offer a limited warranty on all WILLSON MUSIC brass instruments for the period of 5 (five) years from the date of purchase, against defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty applies to the original purchaser only, and is valid when purchased from an authorized dealer. This warranty covers only the instrument and does not include accessories, felts, springs, pads, or corks. Cases carry a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase either when purchased separately or as an outfit with a brass instrument.
WILLSON MUSIC will, at its option, repair or replace any item found to have been defective in materials or manufacture under the terms stated here. WILLSON MUSIC shall be the sole arbiter of eligibility for warranty repair or replacement. WILLSON MUSIC liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective items. To be eligible for warranty coverage, the original purchaser of the item must present the defective item, together with the original receipt of purchase, to the dealer from which it was purchased. The purchaser must receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number prior to returning any instrument, component, or part to WILLSON MUSIC. For warranty repairs approved within thirty days of purchase, a prepaid shipping label will be sent. Secure packing for the shipment of goods for warranty repair/replacement is always the sole responsibility of the owner. WILLSON MUSIC will pay return charges for shipment back to the customer for approved warranty claims only.
This warranty does not cover damage, deterioration, or malfunction due to accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or improper handling; items that have been altered or on which the serial number has been modified, removed or defaced; normal wear and tear; periodic maintenance; conditions caused by perspiration, corrosive environment, or extremes in temperature or humidity; finish, including lacquer, silver plating, gold plating, and raw or patinated brass surfaces—wear, tarnishing, discoloration, or loss of finish occurring during normal use is not a defect and is not covered. Any item submitted for warranty that is found ineligible will be given an estimate for repair and work will only be performed at the customer's request.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser for the period of 1 (one) year. Damage caused by either normal wear, or by misuse or neglect is not covered. WILLSON MUSIC Company's liability is limited to the case only. Damage to instruments or other personal property being stored or transported in WILLSON MUSIC cases is not covered by this or any other Eastman Music Company warranty.
WILLSON MUSIC reserves the right to make changes to this warranty. Policies in place at the time of purchase will be honored.
