The production of Perinet valve sets and the world-famous Rotax rotary valves is an integral part of the manufacturing process at the Willson factory. This enables us to respond flexibly to new developments and quality improvements, thus providing Willson with optimum quality control. Our Perinet valve sets are fitted with stainless steel valves. These stainless steel valves are corrosion-proof, thus guaranteeing life-long durability. The production process for the rotary valves with the famous Rotax rotors was invented by Willson Switzerland. The name Rotax and the Rotax rotor production process have been patented by Willson. All Willson instruments - from tubas to trumpets - containing rotary valves are equipped with these Rotax rotors. There is room for the sensational Rotax rotors in a conventional valve housing and still they provide 100% air flow thanks to their compensated flow geometry.
