Anita Milde hails from Bergen, Norway. In 2008 she moved to the UK to study music at the University of Salford in Greater Manchester. She graduated with a MA Music at the University of Salford in 2013. Whilst living in the UK she played for Wingates band, Leyland band and Faireys. Before moving to the UK she played with bands such as Eikanger Bjørsvik Musikklag and Krohnengen Brass Band. From August 2013 she returned to Krohnengen brass band on Solo Horn and is currently finishing her studies at the Grieg Academy to become a music teacher.
