Production

We at WILLSON manufacture most of our brass instrument components ourselves. This expertise guarantees the quality of our brass instruments and ensures our innovative freedom.

Whether Périnet valves, ROTAX cylinder rotors, a piece of a bell or a brace – we manufacture almost all components that go to make up our world-famous Willson brass instruments. This independence is a result of the savoir faire of our team of experts at the Willson factory in Flums.

To make the components, WILLSON has state-of-the-art technology and personal savoir faire at its disposal. For example, our brass instrument craftsmen are capable of making a one-piece bell out of a circle of metal – something that is immensely important for the famous WILLSON sound.

We uphold traditional brass instrument craftsmanship by means of regular training courses for our team.

Tool manufacture

Our brass instrument craftsmen work with very specific tools and machines that are not always available on the market. In order to meet these requirements, our specialists design tools and forms especially for our instrument craftsmanship.
